Job summary

Securitas Australia AB in NSW is seeking a Business Development Manager – Electronic Security to drive growth by identifying opportunities, developing security solutions and proposals, and delivering sales outcomes for the Electronic Security division.

You will work with Management, Engineering and Operations, engaging customers, consultants, builders and architects to translate requirements into practical, competitive solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management, sales or similar commercial role within electronic security or related industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic security solutions, technologies and industry trends.
• Proven experience in lead generation, business development and achieving sales targets.
• Experience preparing tenders, proposals, estimates and commercial submissions.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through tenders and client introductions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, project developers, architects and vendors.
• Develop practical, competitive electronic security solutions with engineering and operations teams.
• Lead tenders and proposals, including capability statements and technical information.
• Support project estimation, manage bills of materials and pricing with vendors.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide visibility of sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on electronic security technologies and market trends.
• Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to sales and project delivery teams to foster collaboration.
