Job summary

Genetec seeks a senior Business Development Manager to lead the Consulting, Design, and Engineering (CDE) Program across Australia and New Zealand, strengthening relationships with security consultants and design engineers while building a pipeline of opportunities for Genetec solutions.

Based in Sydney, you will collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive demand in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; enterprise security sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultancy enablement and specification efforts across Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop and deliver enablement strategies for consultants and design engineers on Genetec's platform.
• Influence early design stages to ensure Genetec is specified on major projects.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with consulting firms and engineering practices.
• Present business proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
