You will coach estimators and account managers, drive tender submissions and EOIs, manage pricing and project costs, and build strong customer relationships. This role offers influence across local projects from streets to runways, with a focus on safety and collaboration.

• Proven track record of leading sales and estimating teams.
• Experience delivering tenders, EOIs and high-value bids.
• Strong commercial and financial judgement.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Able to manage risk and price strategy.
