Job summary

Boral Asphalt is seeking a seasoned Sales & Estimating leader to guide our Cairns-based team. You will win major tenders, shape submissions and represent Boral in the market, from local streets to airports.

You will coach estimators and account managers, manage pricing and margins, and drive risk reviews and post-project audits, ensuring competitive, profitable outcomes across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Track record as a results-driven sales leader.
• Strong estimating, contract negotiation and project management skills.
• Construction industry experience.
• Sound commercial and financial judgement.
• Experience managing risk.
• Clear, confident leadership and communication.
• Great attention to detail and strong relationship skills.
