You will guide the sales team, develop territory strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve targets and growth within Australia’s concrete network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading sales teams in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and execute territory sales plans.
• Strong analytical and pricing/contracting capabilities.
