Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a senior leader to head the Sales & Estimating team in Hervey Bay, QLD. You will guide estimators and account managers, win major tenders, and ensure compelling submissions for high‑value projects.

You’ll coach your team, manage pricing and project costs, and build strong customer relationships while representing Boral across industry events and markets.

• Track record as a results‑driven sales leader.
• Strong estimating, contract negotiation and project management skills.
• Construction industry experience.
• Sound commercial and financial judgement.
• Experience managing risk.
• Clear, confident leadership and communication.
• Great attention to detail and strong relationship skills.
