McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMS) seeks a motivated Business Development Manager (Partnership Associate) for its Oly brand in Australia. You will strengthen relationships with dealers and OEMs, educate contacts on novated leases, and support resellers with digital strategies.

You will build long-term alliances, provide excellent partner service, and identify opportunities for increased leads and leasing growth across your territory.

Qualifications

• Extensive business development and account-portfolio management experience.
• Record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship focus.
• Experience using CRM/ERM systems and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, and strategic partners
• Deliver engaging training sessions and promote Oly’s digital tools
• Drive lead generation and partner engagement across your territory
• Report on performance and help improve systems, processes, and partner outcomes
• Support strategic initiatives that position Oly as a market leader
