Job summary

Cox Automotive Australia is seeking an experienced OEM Partner Manager in Melbourne to grow and strengthen relationships with leading automotive manufacturers across Australia. You will manage an allocated portfolio, deliver commercial outcomes, and drive remarketing growth.

Reporting to the Head of OEM Partnerships, you will develop account plans, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with operations, finance, and sales to achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining contract

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in automotive sales or account management.
Proven ability to develop and grow OEM partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded with track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow OEM partnerships.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across allocated client portfolios.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue, expand services, and strengthen partnerships.
Ensure contracts, pricing, and service agreements are managed effectively.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to deliver outcomes.
Mentor and lead colleagues within the OEM function.
