McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMS) in Melbourne is seeking a Head of Client Engagement to shape and execute strategies that elevate client relationships and drive business growth.

You will lead Client Marketing and Bid Management, implement a Go-to-Market strategy for mid-size businesses, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams to enhance brand presence and deliver measurable improvements in client satisfaction, retention and acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or marketing leader with 5-10 years’ experience across multi-channel environments.
• Financial services and complex product expertise.
• Strong track record securing major B2B accounts and exceeding targets.
• Executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience launching products, leading complex deals and driving commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement client strategies for MMS, advising stakeholders on market approaches to achieve sales targets.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Client Marketing and Bid Management teams, ensuring alignment with MMS Group business plan.
• Lead Go‑to‑Market strategies for client and medium business segments, including value additions to MMS proposition.
• Develop and execute annual budgets and client growth forecasts; monitor expenses across product lines.
• Support bid management and tender processes to secure new business.
• Drive efficiency within bid management and client marketing through workforce planning.
