Insider One in Sydney is seeking a Partnership Manager to grow the partner network across Australia, manage top agencies, and drive alliance revenue. You will recruit, onboard, and enable partners while shaping go-to-market plans and ensuring mutual growth with global teams.

You should have 5+ years in partnerships, a deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems, and a proven track record of building executive-level relationships with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or similar roles.
• Experience with digital agencies, SaaS ecosystems, and technology partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow Insider One’s partner ecosystem across Australia, building strategic relationships with agencies, consultancies and technology partners.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while strengthening existing relationships to drive long-term mutual growth.
• Create go-to-market plans with partners to generate pipeline and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with global offices to expand the partner network and share best practices.
• Develop partner success plans to ensure adoption and expansion within client portfolios.
• Communicate Insider One’s value proposition and growth opportunities through presentations and reviews.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Partner Success teams.
