• Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, or financial services is valued.
• Ability to build trust quickly and present to groups with confidence.
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key employer contacts and partners.
• Deliver engaging education sessions and presentations to employees.
• Identify opportunities to increase program participation and generate leads.
• Coordinate onsite marketing activities, events and campaigns.
• Develop networks to access employees through digital and face-to-face channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Relationship and Business Development teams.
• Provide customer feedback to improve service delivery and monitor portfolio success.
