Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial automation within Australia.
• Proven experience selling VFDs and motor control solutions.
• Experience building channel partner networks including distributors, OEMs and system integrators.
• Strong understanding of channel sales models, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Established relationships within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, HVAC, mining or utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of Delta's Industrial Automation and VFD business across Australia.
• Develop and execute market and sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industries.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and end users.
• Drive project sales activities and influence technical specifications for opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasting, pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
