The role leads a team of Solution Sales and Channel Sales professionals and builds strategic relationships with end users and channel partners to win major opportunities.

You will coach teams, drive adoption of EcoStruxure Automation Expert and SDA, and align field efforts with regional and global roadmaps while shaping a new business hunting culture across

Qualifications

Experience leading sales teams in industrial automation or related tech.
Proven ability to grow market share and profitability.
Strong negotiation and executive stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of OT architectures, IIoT, and software-defined automation.

Responsibilities
