Job summary

EDL Energy in Brisbane seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand services across the portfolio. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships and lead negotiations with new and existing customers.

You will oversee strategic market studies, lead or support growth initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects and investments. Strong relationship management and commercial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Business, technical or scientific degree with strong marketing sense
• Experience engaging with executive management
• Significant commercial/BD experience and deal negotiation

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of new business and expand services across the portfolio
• Identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships and negotiate opportunities
• Lead projects and manage collaborations from inception to investment decision
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary inputs and align internal teams to drive growth
• Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients
• Manage expressions of interest and tender responses
• Contribute insights to product development and service improvements
