Qualifications

• Proven experience developing opportunities from lead through to award and close-out.
• Experience in business development, project delivery and/or pre-construction.
• Strong ability to build and maintain a high-value sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the business plan.
• Identify target sectors, projects, clients and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Manage the business development pipeline and project conversion strategies.
• Lead tender processes and win strategies to secure opportunities.
