Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a driven Relationship Account Manager to join the Fleet Management team in Milton, Qld. You will nurture and grow strategic customer relationships, delivering Customer Value Plans that drive profitability for both customers and Toyota Fleet Management.

This max-term role is based in Milton and runs through October 2027. You will build deep customer insights, drive cross-sell opportunities, and lead business reviews with key stakeholders to sustain long-term

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and nurture strategic customer relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience or knowledge in fleet management, finance or automotive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers across the Toyota family value chain.
• Drive customer retention, business expansion and upsell across fleet management and mobility solutions including KINTO.
• Achieve sales and performance targets across settlements, margins and fee income.
• Develop and maintain strategic Customer Value Plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyse fleet portfolio data to deliver tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers and OneToyota partners.
• Lead engaging customer meetings, business reviews and presentations that add value.
• Proactively manage portfolio risk and ensure compliance in credit, arrears and residual values.
