Job summary

This role sits in the Toyota Fleet Management team at Grosvenor Place, Sydney, and leads strategic customer relationships to drive growth and profitability for the Toyota ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge within the fleet management, finance and/or automotive industry will be highly regarded.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
• A consultative and commercially minded approach, backed by curiosity and strong questioning skills to uncover customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers to increase penetration across the Toyota family.
• Drive customer retention, business expansion and upsell across fleet management and mobility solutions (incl. KINTO).
• Achieve sales and performance targets across settlements, margins and fee income.
• Develop and maintain strategic Customer Value Plans to identify growth opportunities.
