Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a driven Relationship Account Manager to join our Fleet Management team in Milton, QLD. You will build and grow strategic customer relationships, drive retention and long‑term profitability, and craft Customer Value Plans that deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and Toyota.

You’ll manage a portfolio, identify opportunities across the Toyota family, coordinate with dealers and partners, and present insights in customer meetings and reviews to strengthen

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; confident leading customer meetings.
• Consultative and commercially minded approach with curiosity to uncover needs.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing an assigned portfolio of customers, identifying opportunities to increase penetration across the Toyota family and value chain.
• Driving customer retention, business expansion and upsell opportunities across fleet management and mobility solutions.
• Achieving sales and performance targets across settlements, margins, fee income and other key business measures.
• Developing and maintaining strategic Customer Value Plans to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Analysing fleet portfolio data to deliver tailored recommendations and customised solutions that meet customer needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, suppliers and OneToyota partners.
• Conducting engaging customer meetings, business reviews and presentations that add value and support long-term partnerships.
• Proactively managing portfolio risk and ensuring compliance across areas such as credit, arrears, residual values and acceptable goods requirements.
