Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a driven Relationship Account Manager to join our Fleet Management team in Milton, Queensland. You will build, nurture and grow strategic customer relationships, driving retention and long-term profitability while developing Customer Value Plans.

You’ll analyze customer needs, deliver tailored solutions across fleet management and mobility services, including KINTO, and report to the Toyota Fleet Management group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of customers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strategic Customer Value Plans.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing an assigned portfolio of customers, identifying opportunities to increase penetration across the Toyota family and value chain.
• Driving customer retention, business expansion and upsell opportunities across fleet management and mobility solutions, including KINTO.
• Achieving sales and performance targets across settlements, margins, fee income and other key business measures.
• Developing and maintaining strategic Customer Value Plans to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Analyzing fleet portfolio data to deliver tailored recommendations and customised solutions that meet customer needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, suppliers and OneToyota partners.
• Conducting engaging customer meetings, business reviews and presentations that add value and support long-term partnerships.
• Proactively managing portfolio risk and ensuring compliance across areas such as credit, arrears, residual values and acceptable goods requirements.
