Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a driven Relationship Account Manager to join our Fleet Management team. You will build and nurture strategic customer relationships, drive growth, retention and profitability across the Toyota family, and deliver Customer Value Plans that create meaningful outcomes for clients and Toyota.

The role is based at Grosvenor Place, Sydney and is a permanent full-time position, offering a dynamic environment within a trusted automotive ecosystem.

Qualificações

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Consultative and commercially minded approach with curiosity.
• Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience or knowledge in fleet management, finance or automotive industry is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers and strengthen partnerships.
• Drive retention, expansion and upsell across fleet management and mobility solutions (incl. KINTO).
• Achieve sales and performance targets across settlements, margins, and fee income.
• Develop and maintain strategic Customer Value Plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyse fleet data to deliver tailored recommendations and solutions for customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers and OneToyota partners.
• Lead customer meetings and business reviews to add value and support long-term partnerships.
• Proactively manage portfolio risk and ensure compliance across credit, arrears and values.
