Job summary

Smartgroup, Australia’s leading provider of Employee Management Services, is seeking a Fleet Relationship Manager in Melbourne. You will manage a portfolio of fleet clients, build trusted relationships, and identify growth opportunities across fleet and mobility solutions.

You'll work with dealers and service providers, delivering tailored recommendations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. 2–3 years in related roles and a valid driver's licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a Fleet Relationship Manager/Client Relationship Manager role.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required and discuss commercial arrangements with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fleet clients, building trusted relationships that drive retention.
• Develop proactive engagement strategies and deliver against objectives.
• Analyse fleet data to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Facilitate client training to maximise value of fleet systems and services.
• Build relationships with dealers, suppliers and service providers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow the business.
