Job summary

Fleetcare is Australia’s largest independent fleet management provider, helping organisations manage their vehicle fleets smarter. We’re seeking a Client Sales Administrator to join our Bella Vista team and support a portfolio of clients with expert fleet advice and solutions.

You’ll become the trusted contact for clients, delivering exceptional service, coordinating fleet activities and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Respond to client enquiries and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide advice on fleet solutions, vehicles and funding options.
• Assist clients with vehicle replacement and fleet planning.
• Conduct client meetings, reviews and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Fleetcare products and services.
• Support onboarding and implementation for new clients.
• Prepare client reporting and actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate client records and collaborate with internal teams.

About the Role

Working closely with an established portfolio of clients, you'll be helping them achieve better fleet outcomes while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

You'll become a trusted point of contact for your clients, providing advice, support and solutions across their fleet operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Responding to client enquiries and delivering exceptional customer service
• Providing advice on fleet solutions, vehicles and funding options
• Assisting clients with vehicle replacement and fleet planning activities
• Conducting client meetings, reviews and presentations
• Identifying opportunities to introduce additional Fleetcare products and services
• Supporting new customer onboarding and implementation activities
• Preparing client reporting and actionable insights
• Maintaining accurate client records and account information
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes

About You

You may already be working in account management, customer success, customer service, fleet administration, leasing, automotive, finance or another customer-focused role.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping customers succeed.

Previous experience in fleet management, automotive, leasing or finance will be highly regarded but is not essential.
