Qualifications

• AQF Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate fleet administration and operations to support efficient transport and logistics; ensure fleet utilisation and regulatory compliance.
• Source, negotiate and secure vehicle purchases or leases with favorable terms.
• Oversee servicing, maintenance programs and disposal of outdated vehicles to control costs.
• Maintain detailed records of fleet transactions and compliance documents.
• Develop driver rosters and monitor performance to maximise utilisation and safety.
