Job summary

TR Group is seeking a Sales and Account Manager to maintain excellent service for existing customers while expanding the client base within the Adelaide region. The role focuses on growth through trust-based relationships and a deep understanding of our heavy commercial vehicle fleet, including both rental and lease products.

You will travel within the region, engage with decision-makers and influencers, and support customers with vehicle requirements, short-term rentals, maintenance, and fleet

Qualifications

• Proactive approach to client management.
• Ability to deal with clients at all levels of an organisation.
• Understanding of TR Group's Rental and Lease products.
• Willingness to work hard and stay detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of industries in target markets and heavy commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and liaise internally to address issues and opportunities.
• Expand the client base in the assigned territory with high-quality opportunities.
• Drive organic growth by maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Travel as required and be available outside business hours when needed.
• Visit customers in the assigned region and monitor vehicle performance and spend.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by management.
