Job summary

Saul Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager to own and grow our MSP/Cloud sales footprint in Australia. You’ll identify, approach and engage prospective clients, translating technology into clear business value and building trusted relationships with senior decision makers.

Develop pipeline across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and AI; lead campaigns and events; collaborate with leadership and technical teams to shape go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in managed services, IT services, cloud, healthcare technology or cyber security is a strong advantage.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Proactively identify and approach prospective clients.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value for clients.
• Develop and run targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
• Organise trade shows, industry events and other business development activities.
