Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, seeks an Adelaide-based Client Sales Lead to manage key enterprise accounts across SA. You will drive new business, grow existing revenue, and lead renewals with cyber security and technology services offerings.

The role calls for 5–7 years in account management, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions. Defence, government, or financial services experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years account management experience with large enterprise clients.
• Proven success in new business development, account growth and renewals.
• Experience selling cyber security or technology services to enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed account plans for strategic customers.
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions for business growth.
• Own the customer journey from proposition to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead as the primary contact for strategic accounts and present CyberCX offerings.
• Maintain deep knowledge of CyberCX service offerings and articulate value clearly.
