Job summary

CyberCX in Melbourne, part of Accenture, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Director to own and grow a portfolio of strategic financial services accounts. You will build trusted relationships with senior cyber and technology leaders and shape solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

This senior IC role requires experience in enterprise sales, strong consulting skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams from sales to delivery to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
• Experience with large enterprise customers in financial services or IT.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and grow complex strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in financial services.
• Develop detailed account plans focused on outcomes and growth.
• Lead major proposals, RFPs and executive briefings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain CRM account, opportunity, and pipeline data.
