Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting or advisory within the financial services sector.
• Track record of managing and growing senior client relationships in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying, shaping, and converting security opportunities— both standalone and as part of larger transformation deals.
• Deep understanding of the ANZ financial services regulatory and threat environment.
• Ability to operate across embedded client accounts, mid-market pursuits, and enterprise strategic engagements simultaneously.
• Collaborative leader who can work across a matrixed organisation to bring the best of CyberCX and Accenture to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Security Account Lead for a portfolio of embedded, priority financial services clients—owning the relationship and driving outcomes.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CISOs and risk executives.
• Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction across the account portfolio.
• Identify and pursue cybersecurity-led go-to-market opportunities within the ANZ financial services sector.
• Drive integrated opportunities where cyber is embedded into broader transformations (cloud migrations, core system modernisation, regulatory uplift).
• Engage mid-market financial services clients to expand CyberCX's footprint and build pipeline.
