Job summary

TrendAI in Australia seeks a Strategic Account Manager to lead cybersecurity-focused sales across Queensland. You will partner with CIOs/CISOs and senior leaders to understand business needs, drive new customer acquisition, and expand existing accounts through strategic planning and collaboration with Technical, Channel and Marketing teams.

You will own your territory, guide customers from first demo to implementation and ongoing value, and continuously improve forecasts through disciplined CRM

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT sales experience in Queensland (QLD)
• Proven track record selling to CIOs/CISOs and senior leaders
• Ability to translate complex technology into business value
• Strong market knowledge including cybersecurity landscape
• SPIN/MEDDIC/TAS or equivalent sales certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CIOs and CISOs in QLD and understand business success
• Identify new customers and expand existing accounts across Queensland
• Define territory and product strategies to capture market share
• Lead customers from initial demo through implementation and post-sale
• Conduct account reviews to improve customer experience and identify opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM to ensure reliable forecasts and plans
