Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our enterprise EPMO team in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering strategic initiatives, developing change strategies, and embedding new ways of working across the organisation.

You will partner with executive sponsors and project teams, drive engagement, training, and analytics, and contribute to continuous improvement within the EPMO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years proven change management experience.
• Strategic, influential with coaching style.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from C-suite to frontline.
• Curiosity and comfort with uncertainty; change management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Partner with initiative owners to develop change strategies and plans.
• Execute change plans including engagement and training.
• Partner with leaders to embed new ways of working and realise benefits.
• Provide change analytics and insights for steering committees and reporting.
• Build change capability and support People Leaders.
• Support EPMO communities and continuous improvement activities.
