Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Strategic Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives across a diverse portfolio. You will partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders to plan, deliver and embed changes, including regulatory reform and capability uplift programs.

With a hands-on, practical approach, you will drive adoption, support senior sponsorship and ensure ongoing maturity of change practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering organisational change initiatives within complex environments.
• Experience across Change Management and Project Management, with adaptable approach.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver change activities across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement change strategies and plans.
• Conduct readiness and stakeholder analyses and coach leaders to sponsor change.
• Design communication and adoption strategies and drive behavioural change.
