Qualifications

• 5+ years in Change Management across enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complexity.
• Background in business, projects, or related disciplines.
