Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our enterprise EPMO team in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering strategic initiatives, developing change strategies, and embedding new ways of working across the organisation.

You will partner with executive sponsors and project teams, drive engagement, training, and analytics, and contribute to continuous improvement within the EPMO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years proven change management experience.
• Strategic, influential with coaching style.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from C-suite to frontline.
• Curiosity and comfort with uncertainty; change management qualification.

Responsibilities

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Change Manager to join our strategic, enterprise EPMO team (Enterprise Project Management Office). As a Change Manager, you will play a vital part in supporting CPA to deliver strategic and major operational initiatives across the whole organisation.

In this role you will:

• Partner directly with initiative owners and project teams to develop change strategies & plans
• Take a hands-on approach to executing change plans (e.g. Engagement & training plans, change impact assessments etc.)
• Partner with business leaders to ensure new ways of working are embedded and benefits realised
• Use a data-driven approach, providing change analytics and insights for Steering Committees and enterprise reporting
• Build organisational change capability and provide change leadership support to our People Leaders
• Support the management of our Projects & Change Community of Practice and contribute to EPMO continuous improvement activities

This role is based at Allambie Heights in Sydney's Northern Beaches. We will also consider part-time/flexible working arrangements for this role (minimum 4 days a week), with 60% of time in the office.

About you:

• A strategic and influential individual, with change expertise and business insight, skilled at managing change initiatives to ensure sustainable outcomes are delivered smoothly
• 8 years+ proven change management experience
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with a coaching style
• Ability to effectively build trust with and influence stakeholders from C-suite to frontline
• Vaues curiosity and is comfortable working with uncertainty at times
• Change management qualification
• Experience and qualifications in project management highly desirable
• Proficiency using AI tools (ChatGPT/CoPilot) highly desirable
