Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Allambie Heights, NSW, Australia, seeks an experienced Change Manager to join our enterprise EPMO and drive major initiatives across the organisation.

You will partner with initiative owners and project teams to develop and execute change strategies, embed new ways of working, and deliver benefits. The role supports flexible arrangements with 60% time in the office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years proven change management experience.
• Change management qualification required.
• Experience partnering with C-suite to frontline stakeholders.
• Ability to drive data-driven change analytics and insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with initiative owners and project teams to develop change strategies and plans.
• Execute change plans, including engagement and training plans and change impact assessments.
• Collaborate with business leaders to embed new ways of working and realize benefits.
• Provide change analytics and insights for Steering Committees and enterprise reporting.
• Build organisational change capability and coach People Leaders.
• Support management of Projects & Change Community of Practice and drive EPMO improvements.
