Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or similar experience in a science or technology environment.
• Extensive change management experience in large-scale programs, ideally digital transformation.
• PROSCI accreditation or equivalent change management training with understanding of methodologies.
• High level analytical and influencing skills to engage diverse teams and research units.
• Excellent written and oral communications to staff at all levels within CSIRO.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver change management plans for enterprise initiatives, including communication, engagement and capability-building activities.
• Assess and manage the people impacts of change, navigating complex projects and diverse stakeholder needs across the organisation.
• Partner with leaders, business owners and project teams to plan, communicate and implement IMT-led change.
• Engage key business networks and stakeholders to ensure the business voice informs the design and implementation of change.
• Coordinate and monitor change activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and governance.
