Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support mobilisation and delivery of its AI program, helping people and leaders prepare for, adopt and embed new technologies and ways of working.

Working with the AI Program Manager and senior leaders, you will establish a fit-for-purpose change approach, assess impacts, engage stakeholders and coordinate communication, readiness and learning activities across the Digital Portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience in large programs.
• PROSCI training or accreditation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate needs into change, comms and learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organisational change management plans.
• Assess people and organisational impacts of the AI program.
• Partner with AI Program Manager and leaders to plan change activities.
• Build stakeholder relationships and ensure voice of impacted teams.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate engagement and readiness sequencing.
• Support delivery teams to meet timeframes and governance.
• Monitor progress and report on change activities.
