Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to shape a major digital transformation. You’ll lead change management for the Atlassian Cloud migration, connecting people, technology and business needs to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a science or technology environment.
• Extensive change management experience in a large-scale digital transformation.
• Change management training/accreditation (e.g. PROSCI).
• Strong analytical and influencing abilities to engage diverse teams and research units.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills with CSIRO staff and stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise platform migrations, including Atlassian Cloud or similar SaaS migrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management plans for enterprise initiatives, including communication, engagement and capability-building activities.
• Assess and manage the people impacts of change, navigating complex projects and diverse stakeholder needs across the organisation.
• Partner with leaders, business owners and project teams to plan, communicate and implement IMT-led change.
• Engage key business networks to ensure the business voice informs design and implementation of change.
• Coordinate and monitor change activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and governance.
