Qualifikationen

• Essential criteria include tertiary qualifications in a science or technology environment.
• Extensive change management experience in large, complex digital transformations.
• Change management training/accreditation (e.g., PROSCI).
• Strong analytics and influencing skills to engage diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent written and oral communications to inform staff and produce quality change documents.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver enterprise-wide change management plans, including communication and capability-building.
• Assess people impacts and navigate complex projects with diverse stakeholder needs.
• Partner with leaders and project teams to plan and implement IMT-led change.
• Engage business networks to ensure the business voice informs design and implementation.
• Coordinate change activities with governance and timely reporting.
