Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead change efforts across a major digital transformation, including the Atlassian Cloud Migration. You will align people, processes and technology with business needs, partnering with leaders across research and IMT to drive readiness and adoption at scale.

You will influence program planning and delivery, ensuring experiences of CSIRO staff inform design and governance. This is a senior, organisation-wide role within Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change for large-scale enterprise platform migrations ( Atlassian Cloud or similar SaaS migrations).
• Strong written and oral communication to influence staff at all levels.
• Ability to plan, communicate and implement IMT-led change with governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management plans for enterprise-wide initiatives, including communication, engagement and capability-building activities.
• Assess and manage people impacts of change across the organisation.
• Partner with leaders, business owners and project teams to plan and implement IMT-led change.
• Engage key business networks to ensure the business voice informs design and implementation.
• Coordinate and monitor change activities within timeframes and governance.
