Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support the mobilisation and delivery of our AI program, helping our people and leaders prepare for, adopt and embed new technologies and ways of working.

Working closely with the AI Program Manager, Digital Portfolio teams, senior leaders, business and service owners, and delivery partners, you will establish a fit-for-purpose approach to change management across a complex and interconnected program of work.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience in large, complex programs.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional delivery.
• PROSCI or equivalent accreditation with practical application.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear, persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder input into actionable program plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plans for enterprise initiatives.
• Assess organizational and people impacts of change and communicate them effectively.
• Partner with AI Program Manager, senior leaders and delivery partners to plan and deliver change activities.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships; ensure voices are represented in design and implementation.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate engagement, readiness and learning activities across programs.
