CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to shape how a major digital transformation lands across the organisation. You will lead change management for the Atlassian Cloud Migration, connecting people, technology and business needs to support a smooth transition and strong adoption across the organisation.

You will partner with leaders and teams across research, enterprise services and Information Management and Technology to understand impacts, build readiness, deliver engagement

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a science or technology environment.
• Extensive change management experience in a large organisation with sophisticated digital transformations.
• PROSCI certification and understanding of change management methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communications to influence staff at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver change management plans for enterprise-wide initiatives including communication, engagement and capability-building activities.
• Assess and manage people impacts of change across complex projects and diverse stakeholder needs.
• Partner with leaders and project teams to plan, communicate and implement IMT-led change.
• Engage business networks to ensure the business voice informs design and implementation of change.
• Coordinate and monitor change activities to meet timeframes with governance and reporting.
