Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead the Atlassian Cloud Migration change program. You will design and deliver change management strategies, readiness activities, adoption plans and targeted communications to support a major digital transformation across the organisation.

You will partner with leaders across research, enterprise services and IMT to align people, processes and technology with program goals, ensuring a smooth transition and lasting benefits for CSIRO.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience in digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within complex organisations.
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management plans for enterprise initiatives, including communication and engagement activities.
• Assess and manage people impacts across large projects and diverse stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders and project teams to plan and implement IMT-led change.
• Engage business networks to ensure the business voice informs design and delivery.
• Coordinate change activities and monitor governance and reporting.
