Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to shape how a major digital transformation lands across the organisation. You’ll lead change management for the Atlassian Cloud Migration, connecting people, technology and business needs to enable a smooth transition and strong adoption.

You’ll work with leaders across research, enterprise services and IMT to plan readiness, deliver engagement and communications, and inform program planning. This role influences change at scale.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a science or technology environment.
• Extensive change management experience in large organisations, including digital transformations.
• PROSCI training/accreditation and understanding of change management methodologies.
• High level analytical and influencing skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communications across CSIRO levels and external partners.
• Experience leading change for large-scale enterprise platform migrations, incl. Atlassian Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management plans for enterprise initiatives including comms and capability-building.
• Assess and manage people impacts across complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders and teams to plan, communicate and implement IMT-led change.
• Engage business networks to ensure the business voice informs design and implementation.
• Coordinate and monitor change activities with governance and reporting.
