Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking an experienced Senior Change Lead to shape and drive complex transformation programs. You will lead organisational change management, partner with sponsors and delivery teams, and apply our change framework to ensure sustainable adoption across business units.

You will influence senior leaders, balance competing priorities across up to two projects, and provide practical tools and insights to enable readiness, uptake and measurable outcomes within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 7+ years senior change management experience in complex programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation capability.
• Diagnose change impacts, assess readiness and translate insights into interventions.
• Facilitation and coaching skills; clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing priorities across concurrent work.
• Extremely well organised with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management strategies and integrated change plans.
• Coach and support sponsors, leaders and change champions through transitions.
• Partner with PM, Communications and People & Culture for aligned outcomes.
• Apply Sydney Water’s change framework and tailor approaches to context.
• Provide change insights and reporting to support decision-making.
• Manage priorities across up to two concurrent projects with governance.
