Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking an experienced Change Lead for a major transformation program in Sydney, NSW. The role is contract through to 30 June 2027, offering strategic direction and hands-on leadership to shape governance, risk, and compliance across faculties and corporate functions.

You will own the change management approach, drive adoption, and work with senior leaders to embed sustainable change across a complex university-wide environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading change across complex business and technology transformation programs.
• Proven track record implementing new operating models and governance structures.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Experience in structured program governance environments.
• Ability to lead teams and navigate ambiguity to achieve adoption outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the end-to-end change management strategy and delivery roadmap.
• Oversee readiness, impact assessments and adoption planning.
• Provide strategic advice to sponsors and governance forums.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Lead and grow the change management team.
• Monitor adoption outcomes and intervene to sustain change.
• Support benefits realisation and transition to the new operating model.
