Sydney Water is seeking a Senior Change Lead to drive organisational change management for a large transformation program. You’ll shape the approach, engage with senior leaders and apply Sydney Water’s change framework to deliver readiness and adoption across projects.

You’ll coordinate with sponsors, delivery teams and People & Culture to tailor interventions, manage dependencies and ensure effective governance and reporting. Opportunities exist to lead multiple initiatives concurrently.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management for complex programs and enterprise-scale transformation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide clear direction across change efforts.
• Strong communication, coaching and facilitation skills with structured change approaches.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans across multiple projects.
• Coach sponsors, leaders and change champions to embed change effectively.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Communications and People & Culture to align change and delivery.
• Apply and continually improve Sydney Water’s change framework and templates.
• Provide change insights, risk and readiness reporting to guide decisions.
• Manage two concurrent projects with governance and fit-for-purpose delivery.
