South East Water Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Transformation Office and drive strategic initiatives across the Enterprise Technology & Digital portfolio. You will adapt delivery approaches—waterfall, agile or hybrid—to fit each initiative and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities include planning, governance, benefits tracking and coordination of cross-functional teams and vendors.

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering complex system integration initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies including waterfall, agile and hybrid.
• Experience with budgets, resources, risks and reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead the planning, delivery and successful completion of multiple projects within the ET&D portfolio.
• Define and refine project scope through stakeholder engagement and consultation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, governance frameworks and reporting.
• Manage stakeholders, project risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes.
• Partner with sponsors to define and track benefits realization and business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve objectives.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritisation and dependency management across the transformation program.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
