Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking an experienced Senior Change Lead to support a large, complex transformation program. The role provides strategic change leadership, shaping the approach and partnering with program and business leaders to ensure readiness and adoption across enterprise initiatives.

You will lead organisational change management, coaching leaders and teams, applying Sydney Water’s change framework and delivering practical tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change in enterprise-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management strategies and integrated plans (stakeholder mapping, communications, readiness and adoption, training).
• Coach sponsors and leaders to guide teams through change.
• Collaborate with Project/Program Managers, Communications and People & Culture to align change, delivery and business outcomes.
• Apply Sydney Water’s change framework and continuously improve tools and templates.
• Provide change insights and reporting to support decision-making.
• Manage priorities across up to two concurrent projects with clear governance.
