GenusPlus Group seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in WA's North West Mining Division. You will build relationships with Tier 1 mining players, identify major opportunities, and steer proposals from opportunity to contract award.

You will work with estimating, delivery and executive teams to ensure commercially competitive, technically aligned bids and sustained growth across the region.

Competenze

• Demonstrated success in a Business Development or Client Relationship role within mining, power, utilities, construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Established relationships with decision-makers across WA's mining industry.
• Experience winning and developing projects valued from $1M to $50M+.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure projects including HV/MV and substations.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with divisional growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 mining companies, EPCM consultants and industry partners.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within mining and resources sectors.
• Lead client engagement from opportunity identification through tender submission and contract award.
• Maintain visibility of upcoming capital projects and market opportunities across Western Australia.
• Collaborate with estimating and delivery teams to ensure competitive and aligned proposals.
• Represent Genus Infrastructure at industry events and client meetings.
• Maintain an active opportunity pipeline and provide forecasting and market intelligence.
