Job summary

Marble Group is seeking a Mining Business Manager to lead the Western Australia and Northern Territory growth of its mining division. You will guide the regional strategy, coach the local delivery team and cultivate new client relationships within Australia’s mining sector.

The role reports to the National Director and leverages Marble's extensive client network and candidate database. Expect a fast-paced environment with strong growth and an emphasis on winning new business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment with a consistent billing track record across contract, labour hire or permanent desks.
• Experience coaching or managing consultants, whether formally or as a senior or team lead.
• Proven success winning new clients and expanding key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional growth of Marble's fastest growing division.
• Develop and coach the local recruitment delivery team.
• Win new clients across WA and NT.
• Develop and expand your assigned key accounts.
• Identify, track and tender for new opportunities.
• Report and forecast to the National Director.
